All four Copefrut´s packing houses were successfully approved in the process of the BRC recertification after an exhausted audit that held during the month of June.

BRC is a certification designed by British retailer in which it is reestablish the perimeter of Nontoxic, legality and quality that the providers must meet for the consumer, guaranteeing the client that the product to be acquired is safe. Packing house Buin, Cenkiwi, Cenfrut and Linares have this certification since seven years ago.

To have this certification indicates a high margin of requirements that generates the access to many important markets for our products, alternative deliver of services that require certified installations and it is transformed in a valued work tool to meet with the multiple commercial requirements that our clients need.

Pablo Godoy, Growers Manager, specially underlines the development of this work and assured that is a part of the Company's plans to encourage the Producers as well, within an annual Work Plan that considers different tasks as the pesticide programs and the rest of the agronomic maneuvering in such a way as to secure the fruit quality and condition.
